What you will do

• Independently process and verify incoming supplier invoices, matching them with purchase orders and goods receipts.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with Procurement and Warehouse stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external Accounts Payable queries.
• Maintain and update supplier master data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Reconcile and monitor supplier ledger accounts to ensure timely payment execution.

Requirements

• Professional experience in a similar accounting or finance role, ideally within Accounts Payable.
• Completed commercial or financial qualification or several years of practical experience in finance.
• Strong affinity for numbers with a structured, precise, and detail-oriented work style.
• Fluent English proficiency.
