What you will do

• Lead and develop a large AP organization, fostering a structured and high-performing environment.
• Own end-to-end Accounts Payable operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Drive operational excellence by improving processes, automation, and ERP system usage.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and other departments.
• Lead change and transformation initiatives to bring structural improvement into the function.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, including leadership responsibility in complex setups.
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to structure teams and develop talent.
• Hands-on mindset with a strong eye for detail and operational depth.
• Experience with ERP systems and a process improvement mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in German.
