What you will do
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, handling questions, feedback, and evolving needs.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Partner with sales, product, marketing, and finance to deliver thoughtful, customer-focused solutions.
- Create and maintain account plans covering growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Collaborate with the Director of Key Accounts to align customer strategies with company goals.
- Represent the company in client meetings and industry events when needed.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in customer development, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven track record in business development.
- Fluency in English and Danish for professional business communication.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and data tools such as Excel or Power BI.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events (driver’s license required).
- Experience working in B2B environments and building long-term partnerships.
