What you will do

• Lead the development of channel, campaign, and audience strategies supporting overall business goals.
• Create strategic social frameworks and content pillars to guide publishing priorities.
• Identify emerging cultural trends and platform behaviors to inform proactive social recommendations.
• Partner with Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams to integrate social strategies across broader marketing efforts.
• Analyze social performance and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Act as a subject matter expert on platform trends and audience behavior across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of developing strategies for major brands or entertainment properties.
• Deep expertise across major platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, and LinkedIn.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends as required.
