What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for CNBC Cures inbound inquiries, routing opportunities to appropriate internal stakeholders.
• Engage compassionately with patients, families, and advocates to identify and cultivate community champions.
• Manage external relationships in partnership with the communications team to ensure a high-quality community experience.
• Represent the franchise at events and community gatherings to build awareness and deepen connections.
• Produce and publish daily social content to sustain engagement and reinforce mission-driven priorities.
• Track and report on community growth and impact using actionable insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
• 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders from patients to corporate CEOs.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to write and edit accurately in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in social media writing, producing, and cross-platform strategy.
