What you will do

• Own the full commissions payout cycle, including calculation, validation, and approvals in partnership with Finance.
• Administer and configure the CaptivateIQ platform to maintain a single source of truth for commission plans.
• Ensure data integrity by reconciling inputs across Salesforce, Looker, and BambooHR.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for commission inquiries, disputes, and adjustments.
• Implement AI-driven automation to streamline data preparation and routine inquiry handling.
• Partner with RevOps and Finance on compensation plan design, modeling, and implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, GTM operations, RevOps, or FP&A within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on mastery of CaptivateIQ or comparable ICM tools like Qobra.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce and Looker.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of meeting strict payout deadlines.
• Fluency in AI tools for process automation.
• English: Fluency required.
