What you will do
- Own the full commissions payout cycle, including calculation, validation, and approvals in partnership with Finance.
- Administer and configure the CaptivateIQ platform to maintain a single source of truth for commission plans.
- Ensure data integrity by reconciling inputs across Salesforce, Looker, and BambooHR.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commission inquiries, disputes, and adjustments.
- Implement AI-driven automation to streamline data preparation and routine inquiry handling.
- Partner with RevOps and Finance on compensation plan design, modeling, and implementation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, GTM operations, RevOps, or FP&A within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on mastery of CaptivateIQ or comparable ICM tools like Qobra.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce and Looker.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of meeting strict payout deadlines.
- Fluency in AI tools for process automation.
- English: Fluency required.
