TL;DR

Salary: $190,000–$215,000 plus sales incentive plan

What you will do

  • Design and administer comprehensive sales commission plans for over 100 employees across revenue-generating departments.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Finance leadership to align compensation strategies with GTM objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of compensation professionals while overseeing daily workflows and deliverables.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline commission calculations and manual data reconciliation.
  • Build and standardize rigorous reporting packages to track commission spend, budget variances, and plan effectiveness.
  • Personally review employee statements for accuracy and maintain architectural readiness for commission tool transitions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales compensation design and administration, specifically within a consumption-based business model.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience in revenue operations or corporate compensation.
  • Advanced proficiency with commission automation platforms, specifically CaptivateIQ.
  • Expert-level Google Sheets and Excel capabilities.
  • Practical experience utilizing AI tools or automation scripts for data reconciliation.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • MBA or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
  • Experience with Varicent or Xactly.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Adaptive, and Intaact.
