Salary: $106,250 - $125,000

What you will do

• Design and develop high-quality blended learning solutions including instructor-led training and digital modules.
• Translate complex SOPs and operational requirements into clear, actionable learning content.
• Create visual collateral such as presentation decks, job aids, and mobile-friendly performance support tools.
• Establish and maintain instructional design standards, templates, and content development guidelines.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to validate content accuracy and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Incorporate learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve learning experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or content development.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Proven experience designing blended learning solutions for operational or technical environments.
• Strong proficiency in instructional design tools and content authoring platforms.
• Excellent visual design sensibility and ability to translate complex processes into user-friendly materials.
