What you will do

• Deliver high-quality instructor-led and virtual training for new hires and tenured associates across customer care and operations.
• Lead classroom and virtual learning environments to ensure a consistent, inclusive, and high-trust experience.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and business leaders to pilot and improve curriculum effectiveness.
• Communicate learner progress, trends, and insights to stakeholders to ensure training supports business outcomes.
• Manage training operations, including LMS utilization, attendance tracking, and reporting.
• Mentor peers and contribute to the development of facilitation best practices across the team.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 2+ years of experience in training facilitation or adult learning delivery.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Springfield, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or WebEx.
• Experience in life insurance, disability insurance, annuities, or regulated financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Business, or Human Resources.
• Professional facilitation certifications (e.g., Certified Training Facilitator).
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analysis tools.
