What you will do

• Design learning activities, assessments, rubrics, and detailed student journeys.
• Ensure alignment between learning outcomes, skills development, and overall student experience.
• Support program reviews and translate complex requirements into structured learning experiences.
• Enable faculty by providing guidance on learning technologies, assessment practices, and delivery models.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and use feedback to implement continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Innovation teams to maintain institutional coherence.

Requirements

• Degree in Education, Psychology, Learning Design, or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in systems thinking, process design, and operational leadership.
• Experience designing scalable frameworks and leading cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Must be based in Rwanda or Mauritius

Nice to have

• Terminal degree in learning systems, educational standards, or curriculum development.
• Experience in Higher Education, specifically within the African context.
• Familiarity with blended/online learning and accreditation/QA regulations.
• Background in innovative or non-traditional education models.
