What you will do
- Design learning activities, assessments, rubrics, and detailed student journeys.
- Ensure alignment between learning outcomes, skills development, and overall student experience.
- Support program reviews and translate complex requirements into structured learning experiences.
- Enable faculty by providing guidance on learning technologies, assessment practices, and delivery models.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and use feedback to implement continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Innovation teams to maintain institutional coherence.
Requirements
- Degree in Education, Psychology, Learning Design, or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in systems thinking, process design, and operational leadership.
- Experience designing scalable frameworks and leading cross-functional teams in complex environments.
- Must be based in Rwanda or Mauritius
Nice to have
- Terminal degree in learning systems, educational standards, or curriculum development.
- Experience in Higher Education, specifically within the African context.
- Familiarity with blended/online learning and accreditation/QA regulations.
- Background in innovative or non-traditional education models.
