What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate grower strategy across marketing, agronomy, and sales teams.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Strategic Account Managers, primarily based on the West Coast.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers at corporate farm entities.
  • Develop, implement, and track strategic business plans to accelerate product and technology adoption.
  • Partner with the retail channel to ensure consistent purchasing processes across multiple geographies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of corporate farms.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Ag sales, agronomy, or agribusiness marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing.
  • Proven track record as a people leader.
  • Strong business acumen and proficiency in strategy development.
  • Ability to learn and apply agronomic information and product positioning.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
