Director of National Accounts (Oncology): Developing and implementing high-level strategy and partnerships across large community oncology networks with an accent on driving volume and establishing long-term collaborations with KOLs and healthcare executives. Focus on executing strategic business plans, leading sales initiatives, and achieving exceptional revenue growth within the Northeast territory.
Location: Must reside in the territory (PA, NJ, NY, CT, MA, NH, VT, or OH)
Compensation: $236,000 - $260,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Represent the company at the highest levels with KOL physicians, C-suite executives, and medical directors.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure rapid distribution of products.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with key internal and external customer segments.
- Educate and recruit Key Opinion Leaders from the oncology and hematology medical community.
- Assist with the recruitment and training of other Directors of National Accounts.
- Coordinate regional strategies and tactics with the clinical field sales team to maximize business opportunities.
Requirements
- Must reside in the territory (PA, NJ, NY, CT, MA, NH, VT, or OH)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic oncology sales to large community oncology groups.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic accounts, business development, or major account management.
- BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Ability to travel 75% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
