What you will do

• Manage primary relationships with assigned health systems to drive clinical pull-through of enterprise agreements.
• Drive the growth and adoption of NICU WGS/WES genomic testing programs.
• Collaborate with Regional Account Executives to map stakeholders and ensure site-level implementation.
• Lead onboarding, workflow integration, and educational initiatives for providers.
• Monitor utilization trends and provider feedback to identify expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate the resolution of inbound escalations with internal cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or health-system account management.
• Experience working with hospital systems and NICU/PICU environments, including a robust understanding of health system operations and governance.
• Strong understanding of clinical adoption workflows and operational implementation.
• Proven ability to manage complex relationships in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
