What you will do
- Assess operational performance gaps and design implementation roadmaps to drive efficiency and safety.
- Provide oversight for the maintenance and development of training programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Define project requirements, set milestones, and manage the execution of complex initiatives across business units.
- Interpret high-stakes regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable operational processes.
- Use performance metrics and training outcomes to provide data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.
- Partner with technical subject matter experts to facilitate communication and execute organizational initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of seven years of experience in project management, performance consulting, or learning operations within a complex, regulated industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong command of project management methodologies and implementation roadmaps.
- Ability to distill complex technical and regulatory information for senior stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing automation solutions that embed compliance and policy safeguards into business processes.
- Proven ability to assess the impact of new safety or compliance initiatives on operational workflows.
- Experience reporting findings to external regulatory stakeholders or executive boards.
