What you will do

• Define criteria for AI tool selection and map the right tools to specific user personas within the organization.
• Build and maintain networks of AI champions through the planning and execution of hackathons, showcases, and enablement sessions.
• Develop and deliver training content, including guides, demos, and quick reference materials.
• Co-lead weekly AI learning sessions and maintain the AI@Work knowledge hub with replays and FAQs.
• Manage tool usage data sets and track adoption metrics to support leadership reporting.
• Coordinate with IT, Security, and Admin teams to resolve licensing and access issues.

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in enablement, communications, or program coordination.
• Based in New York, NY, USA.
• Exposure to AI productivity tools, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, or Power Platform.
• Experience supporting internal training sessions, communications, or corporate events.
• Basic understanding of digital adoption or change enablement concepts.
