What you will do

  • Lead financial governance and oversight for Latam Distributor Markets (LDM), ensuring integrity in distributor reporting and corporate policy compliance.
  • Drive performance tracking and disciplined planning cycles including budgets, forecasts, and outlooks for LDM clusters.
  • Partner with commercial leadership and the Regional CFO to optimize route-to-market and support distributor negotiations.
  • Act as the LDM lead for LATAM FP&A consolidation, delivering high-quality financial insights for global decision-making.
  • Implement and manage control frameworks to mitigate financial and operational risks across the LDM footprint.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a finance leader operating in complex, distributor-driven environments.
  • Strong expertise in FP&A, forecasting, and financial performance management.
  • Ability to operate effectively in high-complexity environments with low direct control.
  • High analytical rigor and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience managing financial operations across multiple international markets or regions.
  • Must be based in or authorized to work in the United States (Miami, FL).
