What you will do

• Drive effective tax rate (ETR) optimization for North America in alignment with the Group’s Tax Strategy.
• Provide tax input for business model changes, new products, and commercial initiatives to ensure tax-efficient outcomes.
• Own tax risk management, including the remediation of historic risks and managing tax audits and disputes.
• Implement the Group’s Tax Governance Framework and oversee the end-to-end corporate income tax position.
• Lead the application of the Transfer Pricing framework and ensure governance of indirect taxes (Sales and Use Tax, Canadian taxes).
• Collaborate with Treasury and Group Tax on financing structures, intercompany transactions, and cash flows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior tax management roles.
• Must be based in Atlanta, GA.
• Deep expertise in corporate income tax, transfer pricing, and indirect taxes.
• Ability to lead tax analysis for strategic projects and geographical expansion.
• Experience acting as a tax lead for system implementations and automation initiatives.
