What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts supporting the F22 Sustainment Finance Portfolio.
• Ensure portfolio contracts maintain sound cost and financial baselines.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and provide accurate financial forecasts.
• Oversee proposal efforts to ensure alignment with LRP commitments.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and FP&A teams to ensure financial alignment.
• Identify and implement improvements to portfolio financial performance.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required due to security clearance requirements.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a business operations role.
• Proficiency with SAP, Deltek, or similar business systems.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with contract types such as FPIF, CPIF, and FFP.
• Knowledge of US Government reporting requirements (CPR, IPMR, CFSR).
• Understanding of Earned Value (EV) applications and FAR/DFAR regulations.
• Experience with change management and process improvement.
