What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead in SAP.
• Manage periodic cost updates and communicate financial impacts to senior management.
• Track and report variances by partnering with engineering and operations teams.
• Conduct inventory valuation, reconciliation, cycle counts, and obsolescence reviews.
• Collaborate with FP&A business partners to analyze Budgets vs. Standards vs. Actuals.
• Drive system efficiencies and process automation through UAT and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CMA preferred).
• 3–5+ years of cost accounting experience, preferably in complex multi-plant manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex datasets in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Must be based in San Jose, California.
