What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and debug software tools, flows, and methodologies for design automation.
• Capture user stories and requirements to translate them into functional and test code.
• Automate build and deployment processes for design enablement tools.
• Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing of software tools.
• Optimize hardware design products and manufacturing processes through tool optimization.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical/software engineering and design enablement.
• In-depth knowledge of Semiconductor device physics, process technology, and design rules.
• Expertise in EM (Electromigration), IR drop, and ESD concepts for technology/design methodologies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as SKILL, Python, PERL, or TCL.
• Experience with industry-standard Reliability Verification, Extraction, and Simulation tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Physical verification flows, specifically LVS and DRC.
• Knowledge of tools and methodologies for optimal Product PPAC (Performance/Power/Area/Cost).
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques for analog layout generation and automation.
• Ability to apply ML to geometry and graph-based problems.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional and industry-wide initiatives.
