What you will do

• Develop event-driven and analog circuit simulation algorithms for the Spectre AMS Designer platform.
• Work on mixed signal circuit configuration, elaboration, simulation, and debug.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art mixed signal circuit simulation technologies.
• Collaborate within a distributed software engineering team to advance R&D projects.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Software development experience in C/C++ within a Linux environment.
• Strong proficiency in data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be based in San Jose, CA.

Nice to have

• MS or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience using AI/ML for Electronic Design Automation (EDA).
• Familiarity with hirify.global tools such as Spectre, Xcelium, Virtuoso, or Verisium.
• Knowledge of physical design algorithms, timing analysis, and multi-threading.
