2x Onboarding Specialist 🇮🇹🇬🇧


Our AI agent for e-commerce is growing rapidly, and we are looking for more onboarding specialists to help customers get the best possible start with .

This is a customer-facing role for someone who loves taking ownership, keeping people updated, and turning a new customer onboarding into clear progress.




THIS IS A JOB FOR YOU IF:
* You naturally send the customer an update before they have to ask.


* You enjoy owning a project from first call to finished setup.


* You are structured, reliable and good at closing loose ends.


* You love helping people and making customers feel taken care of.


* You are curious about AI, e-commerce and how online stores grow.


* You are comfortable saying “I do not know yet, but I will find out and come back with an answer.”


* You are not afraid of learning technical things, even if you are not already a developer.


* If you speak Italian, it is especially great as we are growing a lot in Italy.


* You love working remotely and can self-manage your own time.






IT'S TECHNICAL, BUT YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A DEVELOPER
The job is mostly about helping customers get set up well. That means syncing data into , using our interface, helping customers choose the right setup, and implementing designs into their websites.

There are some technical parts. Knowing HTML, CSS or JavaScript helps, and it will make you faster. But deep coding experience is not required. A lot can be done with our tools, AI and support from the team. What matters more is that you are willing to learn, ask good questions and keep the customer moving forward.

WHAT A DAY LOOKS LIKE:
The job is to help customers get the most value from their subscription with us.

You will guide and advise customers on the best strategy for using our products and run the implementation of in their shop system. You will help customers install plugins or generate API keys, set up the data import, use AI to generate designs and then embed those designs into their storefront.

We generally work in 2 onboarding sessions per day. One from 9-12 CET and the second from 13-16 CET. Then 16-17 is for closing down, sending updates, getting to inbox 0 and making sure no customer is left wondering what is happening.

In these sessions, you will meet the customer over Google Meet, make a plan with them and then execute that plan.
