TL;DR
Senior Product Owner (Physical Products): Sourcing and launching new physical accessories and products to increase recurring revenue from an installed base of device owners with an accent on supplier negotiation, COGS optimization, and D2C storefront growth. Focus on scaling the attach rate, managing physical P&L, and executing end-to-end product launches from concept to digital shelf.
Location: Hybrid (3 days at Vilnius HQ, 2 remote)
Salary: €4,000 – €6,000 gross/month

What you will do
- Source and validate new physical accessories and products from initial concept to supplier alignment and digital shelf.
- Negotiate directly with global suppliers on cost, MOQs, lead times, and quality standards.
- Own the physical P&L, maintaining a gross-margin floor of ≥ 35% through disciplined pricing and inventory staging.
- Coordinate end-to-end launches, including pricing, checkout bundles, packaging, and replenishment schedules.
- Increase the attach rate and scale recurring revenue through subscribe-and-save models for consumables.
- Analyze sell-through metrics and funnels to aggressively optimize the product portfolio.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager launching physical SKUs from 0 to 1.
- Deep expertise in global sourcing, MOQ navigation, and building loaded-COGS financial models.
- Fluency in commercial metrics such as attach rate, AOV, landed cost, and inventory turns.
- Experience commercially managing a D2C storefront (e.g., Shopify), optimizing cross-sells and replenishment paths.
- Strong financial discipline and the ability to make data-driven decisions on product viability.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Vilnius office (Hybrid: 3 days/week)
Nice to have
- Experience in wellness, health-tech, consumer hardware, or the broader DTC space.
- An existing global supplier or manufacturer network.
- Comfort working with regulatory and claims gates for health-adjacent physical products.
