TL;DR

Data-Driven Product Owner (Wellness Tech): Designing and architecting an adaptive app experience based on biosignal trends and user behavior with an accent on monetization metrics and user retention. Focus on transforming raw health data into high-value in-app features and optimizing subscription funnels using SQL and product analytics.

Location: Hybrid (3 days at Vilnius HQ + 2 remote)

Salary: €5,000 – €7,000 gross/month

hirify.global is a fast-growing wellness tech company specializing in nervous system wellness and biosignal-driven health recovery.

What you will do

  • Architect an adaptive app experience that guides users based on behavior, goals, and biosignal trends.
  • Mine existing datasets (VNS, HRV, sleep) to uncover unmet needs and build new 0→1 features.
  • Perform hands-on funnel analysis using SQL, Amplitude, and RevenueCat to reduce friction.
  • Manage the mobile D2C subscription roadmap, focusing on trial conversion, churn, and LTV.
  • Execute a strict hypothesis-driven shipping framework: Hypothesis → Metric → Decision Date.

Requirements

  • Strong experience managing mobile app or D2C subscription roadmaps.
  • Deeply analytical skills with the ability to write your own SQL queries.
  • Proficiency with product analytics tools such as Amplitude and RevenueCat.
  • Literacy in health data and biosignals to responsibly build health/stress scores.
  • Proven history of shipping successful 0→1 application features.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Vilnius office.
