What you will do

• Conduct workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand objectives.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current and future state business processes and prepare detailed process flows and BRDs.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Solution Architects and Technical Leads to design and translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Support configuration activities for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Maintain the product backlog and monitor project progress to identify and escalate risks.

Requirements

• Proven ability to write clear user stories, process flows, and technical documentation.
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, reports, dashboards, and Flow Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, data management, and reporting.
• Professional working proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Location: Must be based in Guadalajara, Mexico.
