What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design system architecture using a configuration-over-customization approach.
• Manage the Salesforce security model, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Perform data migration tasks using Data Loader.
• Track backlogs and document requirements using JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar Salesforce Business Analyst role.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model.
• Proven experience with data migration tools (Data Loader).
• Proficiency in requirements tracking tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Porto, Portugal.
