What you will do

• Identify and map ideal customer profiles and key decision-makers across target industries.
• Maintain and enrich CRM data to improve lead scoring and pipeline visibility.
• Support the commercial team with lead qualification and outreach preparation.
• Participate in sales discovery calls and learn professional sales frameworks.
• Gradually take on autonomous responsibilities in lead engagement and account development.

Requirements

• Must be a student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, or Management.
• Strong analytical mindset and research capabilities.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• High motivation to learn about SaaS, B2B sales, and HSE technologies.
• Comfortable engaging in cold outreach and speaking with new people.
