What you will do

• Identify and evaluate high-value automation opportunities, including feasibility, complexity, scalability, and ROI.
• Develop business cases with measurable outcomes (cost savings, efficiency gains, risk reduction, quality improvements) and build an automation pipeline.
• Lead end-to-end discovery for complex processes, producing As-Is and scalable To-Be designs and validating functional documentation.
• Partner with Solution Architects and Developers across design, testing, and deployment; manage analysis deliverables and align on scope and acceptance criteria.
• Design change management and adoption strategies, including stakeholder communication plans and mitigation of adoption barriers.
• Apply hirify.global platform and enterprise application expertise (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Concur, Coupa) to identify integration opportunities and reuse patterns.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business process analysis, operations consulting, or automation initiatives.
• Experience working in the Banking and Financial Services industry.
• Proven experience in complex, cross-functional process transformation.
• Experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Concur, or Coupa.
• Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
