What you will do
- Conduct deep discovery work, mapping as-is processes and building to-be models using BPMN, Miro, or Lucidchart.
- Produce structured documentation including BRDs, user stories with acceptance criteria, and use cases for both business and technical audiences.
- Manage, refine, and prioritize the product backlog within Azure DevOps.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to surface unstated needs and align competing priorities.
- Interpret architecture and integration diagrams to translate technical constraints into business language.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance documentation quality and day-to-day productivity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within consulting or outsourcing environments.
- Expertise in BPMN process modeling and as-is/to-be analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for requirements management.
- Strong technical literacy to engage with engineering teams and read architecture diagrams.
- English: Fluent (C1+) required for clear communication across business and technical contexts.
- Proven ability to operate in exploratory R&D contexts with evolving requirements.
Nice to have
- CBAP, CCBA, PSPO, or CSPO certifications.
- Familiarity with Jira, Miro, or Lucidchart.
- Experience with Azure cloud-native environments and services.
