What you will do

• Elicit, understand, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for Microsoft Business Applications.
• Create rapid prototypes and interactive models, specifically using Microsoft D365.
• Perform Fit Gap analysis and map 'As Is' and 'To Be' processes.
• Lead client workshops to scope and define project requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end requirements process within Azure DevOps.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and contribute to the presales process.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Experience delivering projects within a consultancy or people services organization.
• Proficiency in eliciting requirements for both Waterfall and Agile projects.
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code tools such as Power Apps or Dynamics 365 is highly beneficial.
• Must complete a client-side security clearance check.
