What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of 5 UA specialists, setting priorities and driving professional growth.
  • Own the paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, YouTube, Bing, Reddit, LinkedIn, ChatGPT Ads, and Meta.
  • Manage multi-million dollar monthly budgets with a strict focus on CAC and MQL efficiency.
  • Execute continuous A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Build performance reporting dashboards using GA4 and Looker Studio.
  • Collaborate with creative, SEO, and web dev teams to optimize the acquisition funnel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing PPC specialists.
  • High analytical proficiency in data interpretation and attribution models.
  • Deep knowledge of GTM, pixel implementation, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets exceeding $500K.
  • Location: Tel Aviv

Nice to have

  • Background in B2B SaaS performance marketing.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising and DSPs.
  • Knowledge of CRO methodologies and landing page optimization.
  • Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Microsoft Advertising certifications.
  • Experience with AI-native ad placements such as ChatGPT Ads or Perplexity.
