What you will do

• Own end-to-end marketing and user acquisition strategies for web products.
• Manage the creative pipeline by generating ideas, testing hypotheses, and monitoring implementation.
• Run and optimize marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and other networks.
• Build and manage relationships with external partners and global ad network teams.
• Build and monitor BI dashboards to ensure campaigns achieve target KPIs while scaling.
• Collaborate with the product team to refine user motivations and monetization strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads Search Campaigns (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and mobile measurement partners such as Adjust or Appsflyer.
• Strong knowledge of user attribution and conversion tracking across multiple channels.
• English: C1 level (strong written and verbal command) required.
• Location: Must be based in Istanbul for a hybrid work setup.

Nice to have

• Understanding of big data environments, preferably BigQuery.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager.
• Previous team management experience.
