What you will do

• Lead the social media strategy and day-to-day operations for assigned brands.
• Guide content planning by providing clear briefs, setting priorities, and directing the creative team.
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Client Services, and Media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Oversee the workflow and development of Social Media Specialists and Community Managers.
• Monitor cultural moments and emerging trends to identify real-time marketing opportunities for brands.
• Analyze performance reports and audience insights to recommend strategic improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Brand Communications.
• Previous agency experience with the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn best practices.
• Strong client management and communication skills to translate briefs into actionable plans.
• Analytical mindset capable of turning performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Location: Must be based in Istanbul, Turkey
