What you will do

• Source, develop, and deliver breaking local news stories across South Wales
• Report live from the scene of developing stories
• Produce engaging audio and video content for radio and digital channels
• Plan and deliver compelling local bulletin content
• Build and maintain a strong network of professional contacts across the region
• Ensure all content is legally sound and compliant with Ofcom regulations

Requirements

• Recognised journalism qualification
• Professional experience as a Journalist
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong audio and video editing skills
• Knowledge of media law and Ofcom regulations
• Flexibility to respond to news out of office hours
