What you will do

• Participate in a 1-year rotational program across Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Event Planning functions.
• Support the full sales cycle from data mining and lead generation to building client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
• Handle sales administration, including the issuance of contracts and invoices and managing floorplans.
• Develop and execute event marketing campaigns and create collateral for brochures, websites, and social media.
• Coordinate event logistics, negotiate with venues and suppliers, and provide on-site operational support during events.
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (within the past year) with a degree in Sales and Marketing, Journalism, Media, CRM, Event Management, Business Administration, Global Business, or a related field.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite at the Pasay City, Manila office.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about building a career in event project management.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Autocad, or Oracle.
• Competency in additional languages.
