What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customers, acting as the primary post-sales contact.
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation handover to ensure effective product adoption.
- Own customer renewals and identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Translate complex technical and energy data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to provide the voice of the customer.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to the improvement of success frameworks.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B client-facing roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness with exposure to account renewals and growth.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, IoT, energy, or proptech sectors.
- Exposure to energy management, sustainability data, or building performance platforms.
- Understanding of property, facilities, or asset management environments.
