Salary: $64,678 β $75,000 per year

What you will do
- Own business relationships with customers, ensuring retention, growth, and satisfaction.
- Serve as a thought partner for implementation and adoption of company products and services.
- Analyze engagement data to identify implementation strengths and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular virtual and in-person check-ins with stakeholders to monitor progress and goals.
- Develop account strategies to maintain customer health and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive teacher adoption and deliver onboarding support.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience managing customer relationships within an education technology company.
- Experience with business drivers for teachers, students, and district/state administration.
- Proven ability to establish strategic outcomes and measurements.
- Ability to build rapport with high-level executives, including Superintendents and Chief Academic Officers.
- Must reside in AZ, CA, CO, ID, LA, MI, MT, NM, NV, OK, OR, TX, UT, WA, or WY.
- Valid driverβs license and clean driving record for the preceding 39 months.
