TL;DR

Senior International HR Business Partner (HRBP): Delivering strategic and operational HR partnership to country programmes with an accent on complex multi-country initiatives and organisational effectiveness. Focus on providing expert HR advice, managing change projects, and ensuring alignment with global safeguarding and legal standards across diverse operating environments.

Location: Must be based in the UK (Oxford) or in a country where hirify.global GB has a registered legal presence and ability to employ.

Salary: £49,601–£55,744 (if UK based, or in line with local pay scale).

What you will do

  • Deliver strategic and operational HR partnership to country programmes.
  • Coordinate complex, multi-country HR initiatives and organisational development projects.
  • Provide expert solutions-focused advice to senior managers and in-country HR staff.
  • Support country leadership teams on employee relations, reward, and workforce planning.
  • Travel regularly to provide hands-on support and strengthen HR systems in country offices.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR standards, policies, and safeguarding commitments.

Requirements

  • Significant HR Business Partnership experience in a large international organisation.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to travel at short notice for deployment periods up to 3 months.
  • Must be based in a location where hirify.global GB is a registered legal entity.
  • Demonstrable experience in complex change management and country closure projects.
  • MCIPD or equivalent HR qualification/commensurate international experience.
