What you will do

  • Serve as the senior People Partner to the Head of International and the leadership team, partnering on org design and workforce planning.
  • Develop and execute the end-to-end International People strategy to drive market growth and scalability.
  • Embed a consistent, high-performance culture across all international markets and time zones.
  • Drive consistency in how talent is identified, developed, and retained across various regions.
  • Lead change management and organizational transformation as the international business scales into new markets.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to drive talent density and stay ahead of hiring needs.

Requirements

  • HR Business Partnering experience within hypergrowth and fast-paced environments.
  • Deep expertise in core HR disciplines: performance management, org design, and leadership development.
  • Proven experience supporting international or geographically distributed businesses.
  • Ability to act as a credible strategic thought partner to senior executives (Head of function level).
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect people strategy directly to business outcomes.
  • Must be based in London, UK for the hybrid work arrangement.
