What you will do

• Drive the Group-wide Inclusive Transformation programme by embedding inclusive leadership and design across key people journeys.
• Partner with Centres of Excellence (CoEs), People Partners, and specialist functions (Risk, Legal, Audit) to integrate inclusion into policy design.
• Develop and roll out scalable inclusion solutions, including toolkits, learning modules, and leadership interventions.
• Translate high-level inclusion strategies into practical, actionable interventions for teams and leaders.
• Utilize colleague insights and quantitative/qualitative data to identify and resolve inclusion challenges.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), including current trends and best practices.
• Strong organisational awareness with the ability to influence complex business and policy environments.
• Experience building collaborative relationships across HR and business functions to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Data-driven approach to identifying opportunities and improving equitable outcomes.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work in a hybrid capacity from Bristol, Edinburgh, Halifax, or Leeds.
