Salary: £61,344 - £68,160

What you will do
- Drive the Group-wide Inclusive Transformation programme by embedding inclusive leadership and design across key people journeys.
- Partner with Centres of Excellence (CoEs), People Partners, and specialist functions (Risk, Legal, Audit) to integrate inclusion into policy design.
- Develop and roll out scalable inclusion solutions, including toolkits, learning modules, and leadership interventions.
- Translate high-level inclusion strategies into practical, actionable interventions for teams and leaders.
- Utilize colleague insights and quantitative/qualitative data to identify and resolve inclusion challenges.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), including current trends and best practices.
- Strong organisational awareness with the ability to influence complex business and policy environments.
- Experience building collaborative relationships across HR and business functions to deliver strategic outcomes.
- Data-driven approach to identifying opportunities and improving equitable outcomes.
- Must be based in the UK and able to work in a hybrid capacity from Bristol, Edinburgh, Halifax, or Leeds.
