What you will do
- Acquire new equipment and reagent customers in private laboratories and hospitals.
- Prepare and implement project calculations, including pricing and competitive analysis.
- Organize and support installations, device demonstrations, and product evaluations.
- Maintain and expand business relationships with existing customers.
- Monitor market and competition, providing feedback to sales management.
- Document all customer contacts and activities in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work in Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany.
- Completed training in the healthcare or life science sector, or a commercial background.
- Several years of field service experience in laboratory systems or immunology.
- Business fluent in English and German.
- Strong customer orientation, assertiveness, and independent working style.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
