What you will do

• Acquire new equipment and reagent customers in private laboratories and hospitals.
• Prepare and implement project calculations, including pricing and competitive analysis.
• Organize and support installations, device demonstrations, and product evaluations.
• Maintain and expand business relationships with existing customers.
• Monitor market and competition, providing feedback to sales management.
• Document all customer contacts and activities in CRM systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany.
• Completed training in the healthcare or life science sector, or a commercial background.
• Several years of field service experience in laboratory systems or immunology.
• Business fluent in English and German.
• Strong customer orientation, assertiveness, and independent working style.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
