What you will do

• Diagnose and repair tractors, trucks, and heavy equipment including engine, transmission, and differential overhauls.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks for field repairs.
• Maintain detailed equipment records and complete maintenance reports.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns during critical farming seasons.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure safe and efficient operation of all farm machinery.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a company Motor Vehicle Requirement (MVR) check.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an agricultural maintenance shop environment.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and using diagnostic programming tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with team lift) and perform physical tasks in varying outdoor conditions.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills for email and diagnostic software.
