What you will do
- Drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion of the machine health platform.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with technical project leads and reliability stakeholders.
- Travel to manufacturing sites to evaluate equipment, assess process criticality, and generate site visit reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify growth opportunities.
- Translate complex technical and vibration data into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help shape the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing reliability and maintenance operations.
- Fluent in English and German (C1 level required).
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to manufacturing sites.
- In-depth understanding of reliability best practices and precision maintenance methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in building relationships and driving customer success in a technical environment.
