What you will do

• Install, configure, and maintain client machines, devices, and peripherals.
• Provide technical support for network end-users and manage system configurations.
• Implement workstation software patches and security fixes.
• Assist with the management of OEM/COTS licenses and service level agreements.
• Support the operation and maintenance of deployable communications suites.
• Ensure proper documentation and notification for hardware relocation and equipment issues.

Requirements

• Must have an active Secret security clearance to start.
• Must hold DoD 8140 DCWF 451 Intermediate Level certification.
• Associate degree in Computer Science or 2+ years of experience in IT hardware support.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
• Willingness to work off-hours to support system releases and outages.
