What you will do

• Provide Tier 3 application support for workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
• Install, configure, and maintain application and platform components.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stability.
• Perform platform updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Manage role-based user accounts and access controls.
• Support user training and provide guidance on new functionality.

Requirements

• Must hold an active Top Secret Clearance.
• Must possess IAT II certification (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience with workflow/reporting tools like ServiceNow or Power Apps.
• Experience in application support, installation, and configuration.
• Understanding of system monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work on-site in Hanover, MD.

Nice to have

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Experience in a SAFe Agile environment.
• Experience with AWS or Azure.
• Background supporting mission-critical environments for DoD customers.
