Salary: $200,000 - $240,000 USD per annum

What you will do

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of Patient Access Liaisons (PALs) using a player/coach model.
• Partner with treatment sites to operationalize access via clear education on coverage, coding, billing, and REMS requirements.
• Serve as a regional expert in pharmacy and medical benefit reimbursement to navigate complex access challenges.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Translate field insights into actionable feedback to improve access pathways and the overall patient experience at scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Advanced degree like MBA, MPH, or PharmD preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in field reimbursement or patient access within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Proven experience building and leading regional field access teams.
• Deep understanding of medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement, buy-and-bill, and payer processes.
• Ability to travel approximately 70% within the region.
• Must have existing employment rights in the US.
