What you will do

• Manage the operational procurement process for multiple suppliers and Sourcing Leads.
• Prepare and oversee supplier negotiations, including spend base analysis and contracting.
• Maintain sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Logistics, Engineers) and external suppliers.
• Ensure timely material availability and resolve operational procurement issues.
• Drive cost efficiency and ensure strict master data control.
• Provide detailed reports on supplier performance and planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, or Finance.
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a commercial role, preferably in a technology-intensive industry.
• Proficiency in R2P (Request to Pay) processes and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analysis.
• Experience in price negotiation and supplier contracting.
• English: C1 (excellent professional communication) required.
• Location: Must be based in Linkou, Taiwan.
