What you will do

• Lead sourcing activities and negotiate competitive pricing and terms for technical goods and services.
• Manage and develop the supplier base while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and procurement strategy optimization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align purchasing decisions with technical requirements.
• Monitor purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid experience in procurement and strategic sourcing.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally BaaN.
• Knowledge of Lean processes or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI.
