What you will do

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle from sourcing and supplier selection to purchase order management.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to achieve optimal business outcomes.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and reliability.
• Analyze spending trends and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement solutions with organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain functions.
• Solid understanding of procurement principles, supplier management, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting manufacturing or engineering environments.
