What you will do
- Lead demand forecasting across three sales divisions to ensure accuracy, transparency, and accountability.
- Translate commercial demand signals into executable supply requirements to support OTIF performance.
- Drive the local SI&OP process, delivering demand scenarios, risks, and trade-off recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to validate assumptions and integrate market intelligence.
- Monitor and optimize forecast accuracy, supply reliability, and inventory health.
- Mentor and guide planners to reinforce best-in-class planning discipline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in demand planning or similar roles.
- Proven success managing demand in high-volume, fast-moving environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP APO or comparable advanced planning systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong capability with PowerBI.
- Influential communication skills to drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
