What you will do

  • Lead demand forecasting across three sales divisions to ensure accuracy, transparency, and accountability.
  • Translate commercial demand signals into executable supply requirements to support OTIF performance.
  • Drive the local SI&OP process, delivering demand scenarios, risks, and trade-off recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to validate assumptions and integrate market intelligence.
  • Monitor and optimize forecast accuracy, supply reliability, and inventory health.
  • Mentor and guide planners to reinforce best-in-class planning discipline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in demand planning or similar roles.
  • Proven success managing demand in high-volume, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP APO or comparable advanced planning systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong capability with PowerBI.
  • Influential communication skills to drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

  • Prior mentoring or leadership experience.
  • Experience with advanced analytics or visualization tools.
